Sketch Design-I research planning guidelines for location, talk to you about your design requirements and develop a sketch design, so we can review and amend as required. I’ll even build a 3D model to help visualise the agreed design.

Documentation-once the design is agreed I produce the documentation necessary for a DA or CDC. I’ll coordinate all of the other consultants required including the Structural Engineer, the Certifier and Hydraulics Engineer. I’ll also do your BASIX assessment and an estimate of project cost.

Delivery-once we have a Complying Development Certificate, I can help organise a builder and provide additional design help for the builder if required.
